出现“The specified address family is not supported”提示是什么原因？

请问在启动软件时出现“The specified address family is not supported”并在退出软件时出现 “The descriptor is not socket”提示是什么原因？
答：这是因为没有安装IPX协议，请安装IPX协议。
注意：安装万象网管2004服务端和客户端的时候，如果是选择使用IPX协议，那么，您需要先安装IPX/SPX协议。
